Ready to move over to the dark side? Dark blues are so on trend at the moment and it's the perfect colour for Autumn. Rich, dense and sooo sophisticated. Here's a few looks for inspiration or just to drool over.
Tone on tone - it's not to everyone's taste, but as long as the surfaces and textures are different, its a simple and elegant look. Start with teal walls, then place a teal velvet sofa in front with a similar coloured throw. Lightning strikes - on this statement wall. Easy to do if you have a steady hand, and a dramatic look in a bedroom. You wouldn't think teaming dark blue with wine should work, but it looks rich and striking, an inspired combination. Crown Paints
This wallpaper keeps popping up on my feed, I just love it. Its similar to Nordic Dawn from Feathr. Not dark blue exactly but the furniture is! A bit more of a country feel here with a rustic, blue painted, feature wall, leaving the other walls cream to keep it light, but anchoring the colour with the dark curtains.
